What information do we collect?

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction with our secure client portal, your private information (documents used to provide our services to you) may be kept on file for more than 60 days. We strive to remove the information in less than 60 days unless you as the client have left your tax return accessible on our secure client portal server.
